Easter Tree

The century-old tradition that originated in Germany of decorating trees and branches with eggs and other signs of spring continues! When I was young we didn’t have all the fancy Easter trees and ornaments like we do today. Momma usually found a good branch with lots of room to hang handmade ornaments and we always spray painted it white. Not nearly as fancy as my tree today, but always loved getting it all together!
